Barbie Haeck is a Sales Executive for Peczuh Printing selling traditional offset, digital, and wide format printing as well as promotional products. Barbie has been a Chamber Board Member since 2018 and is a member of the Chamber's Marketing Committee.
Tim Frame is the Branch Manager for the Price branch of Cache Valley Bank. He has been in banking for 15 years and has had the opportunity to help businesses and individuals with their financial needs and goals. Tim has been involved with the Chamber off and on for over five years.
Jamill Tapia is the Inside Sales Representative for Conductive Composites. She’s a native to Carbon County and a proud supporter of Carbon Country First Responders. She enjoys being an active member of her community and is thankful for her current position as the Secretary of the Carbon Country Chamber of Commerce and former Executive Director. Jamill believes the Chamber is off to a great start for the 2021 year and is hopeful for its success with the new elected Chamber Board of Directors.
Taren is the marketing/PR and community development specialist with Emery Telcom. She loves this position because she gets to be involved in the different communities Emery Telcom serves. She attended Utah State University and the Jon Huntsman School of Business where she received her Master’s in Business Administration and Management. She has a passion and sincere love for rural Utah. She was born and raised in Carbon County where she met her husband. They are parents to a sweet little boy and one big fur baby. Taren enjoys any type of adventure, traveling and sports, but is also content with staying at home spending time with her family.
From Bluebell, Utah, Ryan remembers Carbon well from his high school wrestling days and his years at CEU. He received his Bachelor’s in Accounting from UVU and continued on to receive an MBA from SUU. In 2010, he married the love of his life, Jaicee and have since been blessed with three girls and one boy. Ryan loves to spend time with family and all outdoor activities. He is excited to be part of the Castleview team, working close to home and giving back to the community.
Michael is the regional planning manager for Southeastern Utah Association of Local Governments. This role has Michael working with cities and counties to develop their community plans and local ordinances. Michael is also the manager of the Business Technical Assistance Center (BTAC) and coworking space located at 375 S. Carbon Avenue. He also serves as the vice chair of the Carbon County Planning Commission. He has been a board member since 2020 and assists with the Community subcommittee for the chamber.
Austin Preston is the regional director of the Small Business Development Center throughout Southeast Utah with Utah State University. In his role, he helps small businesses develop and grow their businesses and skillsets. In conjunction with that, he oversees the Custom Fit program. These skills and resources play a wonderful assisting role here at the chamber. He has been a board member since 2020, and he plays an active role in our marketing committee.
With over 11 years in media, advertising and public relations experience, marketing is not only Amanda's chosen profession but her passion. She has trained in the field of radio, print and television and studiend Technical Communications at Devry University. As Community Relations Coordinator for Castleview Hospital she aligns the hospital's mission of "Making Communities Healthier" through opportunities such as events, sponsorships and community service projects. As owner of Marketing Elevated she strives to create an effective, affordable advertising agency model for the small business environment. She married her husband in 2014 and together they have two beautiful children, Aubrey and Carter.
Allison Preston is the Executive Director of the Chamber. Allison has been a business leader in the community for the last 8 years, and she has been an active chamber member for 3. She has enjoyed being a part of the Carbon County Chamber and is excited to play a more active role. She is motivated to keep the chamber progressing and to have it provide greater and greater value to its members. With over 10 years of leadership, organizational, and planning experience, Allison is ready to work for the chamber members and their needs.
